I needed couple of times to use the \implies symbol (which is basically a double lined right arrow). It works in Mathoverflow.net, but here it doesn't work: $\implies$.

Any suggestions?

You no longer need this, as the AMSsymbol extension has been enabled.


\implies requires the AMSsymbol extension which is not enabled. But many symbols have a replacement, or you could directly put a Unicode symbol.
